Promo Mechanics

1. Every P400 single receipt purchase of PediaSure Plus, Gain School Advance, Grow, Glucerna SR, Ensure, and Ensure Gold products at Robinsons Supermarket (nationwide) entitles the customer to one (1) raffle coupon.
2. Using Go! MasterCard entitles the customer to one (1) additional raffle coupon.
3. Customers must present the official receipt/s only at the Customer Service Counter of the branch where the purchase was made to claim the raffle coupon/s.
4. Customers must fill-in the raffle coupon with his/her complete name, address, contact number/s (if any), e-mail address (if any), branch where the purchase was made, affix signature and drop at designated drop box of the store where purchase was made.
5. Deadline for the dropping of entries is on January 15, 2010 at the closing hour of each store.
6. Grand draw will be held at Robinsons Supermarket Metroeast located at Marcos Highway, Pasig City. Draw date will be on January 25, 2010 at 5:00 PM in the presence of a DTI representative.
7. Raffle prizes are as follows:

8. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
9. Winners will be notified by registered mail and his/her name will be posted at the customer service counter of Robinsons Supermarket.
10. Winners must present the winning raffle stub, 1 pc. 2x2 ID picture, original and photocopies valid proof of identification with photo and signature (i.e. driver’s license, passport, NBI clearance, SSS, TIN, etc.) and the registered mail in claiming their prize.
11. Winners can claim their prizes at their respective Robinsons Supermarket branch indicated in the registered mail. They will then be scheduled as to when they would like to avail their prize.
12. In the event winners cannot present the raffle stub, the winners need to execute an affidavit of loss duly notarized. A 60-day waiting period shall be imposed as soon as affidavit is submitted to our office in order to ensure veracity of claim. This is for the protection of the winners.
13. Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must, likewise, present his/her own set of identification papers in claiming the prize on his/her behalf.
14. Redemption of prizes shall be within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification; otherwise prize will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Supermarket with prior approval of DTI.
15. Trip prize must be availed within six (6) months from date of claiming.
16. Travel documents, taxes, and other travel related expenses shall be shouldered by the winner.
17. Robinsons Universal Gift Certificates are valid for one (1) year from date of claiming.
18. Robinsons Supermarket Corporation shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10, 000.
19. Promo period is from December 3, 2009 to January 15, 2010.
20. Employees of Robinsons Supermarket and Abbott, their affiliate companies, their advertising, manpower and security agencies, their spouses and relatives up to second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
