SHOPPING STORM PROMO MECHANICS

Promo Period June 23 to July 30, 2007

1. For a minimum of P500 single receipt purchase at Robinsons Supermarket (Nationwide) entitles the customer to one (1) raffle coupon.
2. An additional raffle coupon/s will be given to the customer whose purchase/s are inclusive of any of the following products:

3. Use your Go! MasterCard entitles the customers to two (2) additional raffle coupons.
4. Raffle Coupon Ceiling – Purchase above P50,000.00 will receive one (1) booklet of Raffle Coupon (1 booklet = 100 pcs of coupons).
5. Customers must fill out the raffle coupon with his/her complete name, address, telephone number (if any), email address (if any), branch where purchase was made, affix signature, and drop at the designated drop box located within the store of purchase.
6. Deadline for submission of entries is on July 30, 2007 at the closing hour of each store.
7. Raffle draw will be held at Robinsons Supermarket Metroeast located at Marcos Highway Corner Imelda Ave., Pasig City August 14, 2007, 5:30 P.M. in the presence of a DTI representative.

9. A participant can win only once. Should the customer win more than once, the prize with a higher value will be awarded to him/her
10. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
11. Winners will be notified by registered mail and his/her name will be posted at the customer service counter of Robinsons Supermarket.
12. Winners must present the winning raffle stub, 2x2 picture, photocopies and original copies of valid proof of identification with photo. (i.e. driver’s license, passport, NBI clearance, SSS, TIN, etc.) and the registered mail in claiming of the prize at Robinsons Supermarket branch where he/she won the prize. 

In the event winner cannot present the winning raffle stub, the winner must also execute an affidavit of loss. Release of prizes with lost stub is 60 days from receipt of affidavit of loss. 

13. Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must, likewise, present his/her own identification papers and the registered mail in claiming of the prize on his/her behalf.
14. Redemption of prizes shall be within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification; otherwise, prize will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Supermarket w/ prior approval of DTI.
15. Robinsons Supermarket shall shoulder 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
16. Promo period is from June 23 to July 30, 2007.
17. Employees of Robinsons Supermarket and its affiliate companies, their advertising, manpower and security agencies, their spouses and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

Mechanics for Shopping Spree

1. The schedule and venue of the shopping spree shall be coordinated with the winner by Marketing Services Department through phone call via landline or mobile phone.
2. Shopping Spree will be at Robinsons Supermarket at the designated date and time, and venue of the shopping spree agreed by Robinsons Supermarket and the winner. The winner will be given one (1) whole day to do the Shopping Spree provided that it is done within store hours.
3. Wine and other form of liquor, cigarettes and other tobacco products and medicines are excluded in the promo.
4. Items obtain from the activity are non-convertible to cash, not transferable and cannot be resold.
5. The winner is entitled of a shopping spree within sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification; otherwise prize will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Supermarket with prior approval of DTI.
6. The winner will be entitled a maximum of P50,000.00 worth of items. Any excess amount shall be shouldered by the winner.
7. Any unused amount after the scheduled shopping spree shall be forfeited
