Promo Mechanics

How to Join and Win:

Promo period is from 05 June 2009 until 30 July 2009.
This promo is open to all customers of the forty-two (42) existing Robinsons Supermarkets and other Robinsons Supermarkets due to open during the promo run located all over the Philippines.
During the promo period, every five hundred pesos (P500) single receipt purchase of grocery item/s from any Robinsons Supermarket (nationwide) inclusive of at least one hundred fifty pesos (P150) worth of participating NESTLÉ-branded products entitles a customer to one (1) raffle coupon. Every additional one hundred pesos (P150) worth of purchase of participating NESTLÉ-branded products in the same receipt entitles the customer to one (1) raffle coupon.
A maximum of one pad containing 100 raffle coupons will be given for purchases worth fifty thousand pesos (P50,000) and above.
The use of the limited edition “Win with Wellness” bags to make the purchase entitles the customer to two (2) additional raffle coupons.

The P150 purchase requirement must include any of the following products:

The use of Go! MasterCard to make the purchase entitles the customer to one (1) additional raffle coupon.
Customers must present the official receipt/s only at the redemption booth of the branch where the purchase was made to claim the raffle coupon/s.
To join the promo, the customer must fill-in the raffle coupon with his/her complete name, address, contact number/s, affix his/her signature and drop the raffle coupon at designated drop boxes located at the Robinson Supermarket where purchase was made.
The deadline for the submission of entries is on 30 July 2009 at the closing hour of each Robinsons Supermarket.
The winners will be drawn by the representatives of Robinsons Supermarket and Nestlé Philippines, Inc. in the presence and under the supervision of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.
The grand draw will be held at Robinsons Supermarket Metroeast located at Marcos Highway Corner Imelda Ave., Pasig City. The draw date will be on 07 August 2009 at 5:00 pm.

The raffle prizes and the number of winners to be drawn are:

A customer can only win once. Should the customer win more than once, the prize with a higher value will be awarded to him/her.
The prize is not transferable and not convertible to cash.
The winner will be notified through registered mail and his/her name will be posted at the customer service counter of Robinsons Supermarket where the entry was drawn. The list of winners will also be posted in one of the leading newspapers within two weeks of release.

How to Claim Prizes

To claim his/her prize, the winner must present the winning raffle stub, one (1) 2x2 recent ID picture, original and photocopies of valid proof of identification with photo and signature (i.e. driver’s license, passport, NBI clearance, SSS, TIN, etc.) and the registered mail at the Customer Service Counter of the Robinson Supermarket where he/she made the purchase.
If the winner cannot present the winning raffle stub, he/she can instead submit a duly sworn to Affidavit of Loss. Upon receipt thereof, a 60-day waiting period shall be imposed in order to ensure veracity of claim. This is for the protection of the winner. Loss. If the winner is under 18 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by an adult who must likewise, present his/her own set of identification papers as enumerated in No. 19 of this Promo Mechanics.
The winner has until sixty (60) days from the receipt of the notification to claim their prize; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Supermarket with prior approval of DTI.
Robinsons Supermarket Corporation shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10,000. The winner will shoulder the insurance for and registration of the car prize.
Employees of Nestle Philippines Inc., Robinsons Supermarket and its affiliate companies, their advertising, manpower and security agencies, their spouses and relatives up to second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
