A. RAFFLE
1. Every P200 single receipt purchase at Robinsons Supermarket (nationwide) from the Snack category (i.e. chips, nuts and seeds), entitles the customer to one (1) raffle ticket, with a maximum of five (5) raffle tickets for purchases worth P1, 000 and above.
2. Additional raffle coupon/s will be given to customer whose purchase/s are, inclusive of any of selected URC products:

3. Using Go! MasterCard entitles the customer to one (1) additional raffle coupon.
4. Customers must present the official receipt/s only at the redemption booth of the branch where the purchase was made to claim the raffle coupon/s.
5. Customers must fill-in the raffle coupon with his/her complete name, address, contact number/s (if any), e-mail address (if any), branch where the purchase was made, affix signature and drop at designated drop box of the store where purchase was made.
6. Deadline for the submission of entries is on November 30, 2007 at the closing hour of each store.
7. Grand draw will be held at Robinsons Supermarket Metroeast located at Marcos Highway Corner Imelda Ave., Pasig City. Draw date will be on December 14, 2007, 5:30 PM in the presence of a DTI representative.

9. The prize is transferable but not convertible to cash.
10. The winner will be notified through registered mail and his/her name will be posted at the customer service counter of Robinsons Supermarket.
11. The winner must present the winning raffle stub, 1 pc. 2x2 ID picture, original and photocopies valid proof of identification with photo and signature (i.e. driver’s license, passport, NBI clearance, SSS, TIN, etc.) and the registered mail in claiming his/her prize.
12. The winner can claim his/her prize at Robinsons Supermarket Head Office located at 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave., Libis Quezon City.
13. In the event the winner cannot present the raffle stub, he/she needs to execute an affidavit of loss duly notarized. A 60-day waiting period shall be imposed as soon as affidavit is submitted to our office in order to ensure veracity of claim. This is for the protection of the winner.
14. If the winner is a ‘minor’, he/she must be accompanied by an adult who must, likewise, present his/her own set of identification papers in claiming the prize on his/her behalf.
15. Redemption of prize shall be within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification; otherwise prize will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Supermarket with prior approval of DTI.
16. Robinsons Supermarket Corporation shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10, 000. The winner will shoulder the insurance and registration of the car.
17. Promo period is from October 19 – November 30, 2007.
18. Employees of Robinsons Supermarket and its affiliate companies, their advertising, manpower and security agencies, their spouses and relatives up to second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
B. GIFT WITH PURCHASE
1. For every P200 purchase at Robinsons Supermarket (nationwide) from the Snack category (i.e. chips, nuts and seeds), entitles the customer to one (1) free gift, with a maximum of five (5) premiums for purchases worth P1, 000 and above.
2. Customer gets to pick a stub from a fish bowl with a corresponding prize.
3. Instant prizes are given immediately upon presentation of winning coupon. Winners may claim the prize at the Customer Service Counter.
4. The possible prizes are as follows:
• Multi-Purpose Mesh Bag
• Pencil Case
• Gadget Case
5. Premiums are non-convertible and non-transferable.
6. Promo Period is from November 10 – November 30, 2007. Prizes can be redeemed until February 1, 2008.
