Robinson's Supermarket

1. Every P500 single receipt purchase of any grocery items from any Robinsons Supermarket nationwide inclusive of at least P150 worth of selected Nestle products (excluding Nestle Nutrition*, Ice Cream & Chilled Dairy, Confectionery, Purified Water, and Culinary Milks**) entitles customer to one (1) raffle coupon, with a maximum of ten (10) coupons for single receipt purchase/s worth P5,000 and above.
*Nestle Nutrition: NAN 1, NAN 2, NAN HA 1, NAN HA 2, NESTOGEN 1, NESTOGEN 2, AL 110, ALFARE, Pre-NAN

2. Inclusion of any of the following featured product/s in the P500 single receipt purchase entitles the customer to two (2) additional raffle coupons.

2. When using Go! Mastercard, the participant gets 2 additional raffle coupons for a minimum of P500.00 single receipt purchase inclusive of at least P150 worth of selected Nestle products (excluding Nestle Nutrition*, Ice Cream & Chilled Dairy, Confectionery, Purified Water & Culinary Milks** )

3. Customers must fill out the raffle coupon with his/her complete name, address, telephone number (if any), email address (if any), branch where purchase was made, affix signature, and drop at the designated drop box located within the store of purchase.

4. Deadline for submission of entries is on October 15, 2007 at the closing hours of each store.

5. Raffle draw will be held at Robinsons Supermarket Metroeast located at Marcos Highway corner Imelda Ave., Pasig City. Draw date will be on October 29, 2007, 2:30 P.M. in the presence of a DTI representative.

7. A participant can win only once. Should the customer win more than once, the prize with a higher value will be awarded to him/her.

8. Prizes are transferable but are not convertible to cash. Robinsons Supermarket shall shoulder the transfer fee to the name of the winner only. Should the winner decide to conduct further transfers, he/she will have to shoulder the incurred transfer fees.

9. Winners will be notified by registered mail and his/her name will be posted at the customer service counter of Robinsons Supermarket.

10. Winners must present the winning raffle stub, 2x2 picture, photocopies of valid proof of identification with photo (i.e. driver’s license, passport, NBI clearance, SSS, TIN, etc.) and the registered mail in claiming the prize at Robinsons Supermarket branch where he/she won the prize.

In the event that the winner cannot present the winning raffle stub, the winner must also execute an affidavit of loss. Release of prizes with lost stub is 60 days from receipt of affidavit of loss.

11. Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must, likewise, present his/her own identification papers and the registered mail in claiming the prize.

12. Redemption of prizes shall be within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification; otherwise, prize will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Supermarket with prior approval of DTI.

13. Robinsons Supermarket shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00.

14. Promo period is from July 21, 2007 to October 15, 2007.

15. Employees of Nestle Philippines, Inc. Robinsons Supermarket, and its affiliate companies, their advertising, manpower and security agencies, their spouses and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promo
