Christmas Promo 2007

Promo Mechanics:

1. For every P500 single receipt purchase at Robinsons Supermarket (nationwide) entitles the customer to one (1) raffle ticket.

2. Inclusion of the following participating product/s in the P500 single receipt purchase entitles the customer to additional number of raffle coupons:

3. Using Go! MasterCard entitles the customer to two (2) additional raffle coupons.

4. Raffle coupons ceiling – Purchases above P50,000 will receive one (1) booklet of raffle coupons (1 booklet – 100 pcs. coupons)

5. Customers must present the official receipt/s only at the Customer Service Counter of the branch where the purchase was made to claim the raffle coupon/s.

6. Customers must fill-in the raffle coupon with his/her complete name, address, contact number/s (if any), e-mail address (if any), branch where the purchase was made, affix signature and drop at designated drop box of the store where purchase was made.

7. Deadline for the submission of entries is on January 15, 2008 at the closing hour of each store.

8. Grand draw will be held at Robinsons Supermarket Metroeast located at Marcos Highway Corner Imelda Ave., Pasig City. Draw date will be on January 30, 2008 at 5:30 PM in the presence of a DTI representative.

9. Raffle Prizes are as follows:

10. A participant can win only once. If a name wins more than once, the prize with the higher value will be awarded to him/her.

11. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

12. Winners will be notified by registered mail and his/her name will be posted at the customer service counter of Robinsons Supermarket.

13. Winners must present the winning raffle stub, 1 pc. 2x2 ID picture, original and photocopies valid proof of identification with photo and signature (i.e. driver’s license, passport, NBI clearance, SSS, TIN, etc.) and the registered mail in claiming their prize.

14. First and Second Prize winners will claim their prizes at the Head Office located at 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave. Libis, Quezon City.

15. Third Prize winners can claim their prizes at their respective Robinsons Supermarket branch indicated in the registered mail.

16. In the event winners cannot present the raffle stub, the winners need to execute an affidavit of loss duly notarized. A 60-day waiting period shall be imposed as soon as affidavit is submitted to our office in order to ensure veracity of claim. This is for the protection of the winners.

17. Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must, likewise, present his/her own set of identification papers in claiming the prize on his/her behalf.

18. Redemption of prizes shall be within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification; otherwise prize will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Supermarket with prior approval of DTI.

19. Robinsons Supermarket Corporation shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10, 000.

20. Promo period is from November 19, 2007 – January 15, 2008.

21. Employees of Robinsons Supermarket and its affiliate companies, their advertising, manpower and security agencies, their spouses and relatives up to second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

MECHANICS FOR SHOPPING SPREE

1. The schedule and venue of shopping spree shall be coordinated with the winners by the Marketing Services Department through phone call via landline or mobile phone..

2. Shopping spree will be at Robinsons Supermarket at the designated branch, date and time of the shopping spree agreed by the Robinsons Supermarket and the winner. The winner will be given one whole day to do the shopping spree provided that it is done within store hours.

3. Wine and other forms of liquor, cigarette, and other tobacco products and medicines are excluded in the promo.

4. Items obtained from the activity are non-convertible to cash, not transferable and cannot be resold.

5. The winner is entitled to a shopping spree within (60) sixty days from the receipt of notification; otherwise prize will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Supermarket with prior approval of DTI.

6. The winner will be entitled a maximum of P100,000 worth of items. Any excess amount shall be shouldered by the winner.

7. Any unused amount after the scheduled shopping spree shall be forfeited.
