C2 EXPLORE SUMMER PROMO MECHANICS
RAFFLE
1. Every P300 single receipt purchase from the Robinsons Supermarket inclusive of any four bottles of C2 products (any variant) entitles the customer to one (1) raffle ticket, with a maximum of one pad (100 coupons) for purchases worth P30,000 and above.
2. Using Go! MasterCard entitles the customer to one (1) additional raffle coupon.
3. Customers must present the official receipt/s only at the redemption booth of the branch where the purchase was made to claim the raffle coupon/s.
4. Customers must fill-in the raffle coupon with his/her complete name, address, contact number/s (if any), e-mail address (if any), branch where the purchase was made, affix signature and drop at designated drop box of the store where purchase was made.
5. Deadline for the submission of entries is on May 31, 2008 at the closing hour of each store.
6. Grand draw will be held at Robinsons Supermarket Metroeast located at Marcos Highway Corner Imelda Ave., Pasig City. Draw date will be on June 9, 2008, 5:30 PM in the presence of a DTI representative.

8. The prize is transferable but not convertible to cash.
9. The winner will be notified through registered mail and his/her name will be posted at the customer service counter of Robinsons Supermarket.
10. The winner must present the winning raffle stub, 1 pc. 2x2 ID picture, original and photocopies valid proof of identification with photo and signature (i.e. driver’s license, passport, NBI clearance, SSS, TIN, etc.) and the registered mail in claiming his/her prize.
11. The winner can claim his/her prize at Robinsons Supermarket Head Office located at 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave., Libis Quezon City.
12. In the event the winner cannot present the raffle stub, he/she needs to execute an affidavit of loss duly notarized. A 60-day waiting period shall be imposed as soon as affidavit is submitted to our office in order to ensure veracity of claim. This is for the protection of the winner.
13. If the winner is a ‘minor’, he/she must be accompanied by an adult who must, likewise, present his/her own set of identification papers in claiming the prize on his/her behalf.
14. Redemption of prize shall be within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification; otherwise prize will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Supermarket with prior approval of DTI.
15. Robinsons Supermarket Corporation shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10, 000.
16. Promo period is from April 15, 2008 – May 31, 2008.
17. Employees of Robinsons Supermarket, Universal Robina Corporation and its affiliate companies, their advertising, manpower and security agencies, their spouses and relatives up to second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
