STORE MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the achievement of sales and EBIT target of the store. Ensures also the proper maintenance of merchandise based on standards and ensures that quality products are displayed in the store at all times. Implements promotional activities and evaluates its impact to store sales, and initiates projects and activities that will help generate or improve sales of the store by setting the highest performance standards in the store.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Business or any related Course, With minimum of 2 Years Store Management Experience in a service-oriented Company either in Supervisory or Managerial capacity.

 

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER –SELLING OPERATIONS 

 

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible the development of strategies to achieve sales targets through promotional activities and ensures perfect Customer Service Level on the selling floor. Plans systematically merchandise movements with the Department Heads and ensures adequate stocks in all departments at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Accountancy or any related Course. Preferably with managerial experience in a service-oriented Company.

 

STORE SUPERVISOR

 

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the day-to-day management and achievement of the sales of a department including its customer service, shrinkage and security control, merchandise display and product knowledge, housekeeping, business analysis, and policies and reports

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Business or any related Course. Preferably with supervisory experience in the same industry.

 

 

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER -CASHIERING OPERATIONS

 

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the achievement of the required sales for Gift Certificate (GC). Ensures also that all cashiers are properly trained and knowledgeable of all standard work procedures required in the performance of their functions and ensures the proper scheduling of cashiers; no unnecessary closing of terminals during peak hours. Submits also accurate reports and daily updates on time.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Accountancy or any related course. Preferably with managerial experience in a service-oriented company. Knowledge with POS System is an advantage.

 

CASHIERING SUPERVISOR-ADMINISTRATION

 

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the accounting of all cash collections and remittances. Prepares and submits also Daily Deposit Reports, petty cash replenishment, and Cashier’s Accountability Report (CAR). Acts as custodian of Gift Certificates and monitors efficiently Guarantor Gift Certificate (GGC).

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Accountancy or any related Course. Preferably with background in banking and cash administration in a service-oriented Company.

 

CASHIERING SUPERVISOR-OPERATIONS

 

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the proper batching and accounting of charge transaction document, and that all cashiers are properly trained and know all standard work procedures required in the performance of their functions

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Accountancy or any related Course. Preferably with Experience in a service-oriented Company. Knowledge with POS System is an advantage.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the security, housekeeping, engineering or agency-related concerns of the store. Ensures also that contracts for all agencies are updated and bills are settled.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably graduate of Electrical Engineering course, M/F with related experience in housekeeping, security, and administration.

 

RECEIVING SUPERVISOR / ASSISTANT RECEIVING SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the proper handling of merchandise to avoid damage and spoilage and that, proper measures are taken to prevent pilferage and shrinkage. Also ensures the accuracy in the documentation of all merchandise on hand

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Business or any related Course. Preferably with 1-2 years Experience in the same Capacity in a service-oriented Company
