that extends convenient shopping to customers on the go.

East Branch.
How can you make an order ?
You can place
orders in just 3 easy steps

STEP 2
Wait for a call from our grocery to go specialist
to confirm your order and inform you of
your total bill.
STEP 3
Proceed to the customer service counter on the designated pick-up schedule and pay your bill.

Upon ordering , our "Grocery to go specialist" will be asking
the following information
Your name address and or fax numbers
Modes of Payment (cash, credit card, or Robinsons Gift Certificates).
If applicable, Name, Address, Phone and/or fax number of the representative
will also be requested.
Pick-up Schedule
Grocery pick-up can be done daily from 10:30 a.m
to 8:30 p.m.
Cancellation and Return/Exchange Policy
Customers are allowed to change and/or add orders twice.
Orders are considered cancelled if not picked up by 8:30PM.
The return/exchange policy of the store applies for all orders made through this program.

Cash, Credit Cards and Robinsons Gift Certificates
Price change and availability of Products
Prices may change without prior notice, however, customers may inquire from our Grocery-to-go Specialist regarding any price change. In case some of the ordered items are not available in the store, our Grocery-to-go Specialist shall inform you during the second call
